Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. First class shipping to domestic destinations are free for orders over $100. Shipping occurs after fabrication which can take up to 2 weeks. To request receipt of your order by a specific date, please message your request on the CONTACT page. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request.
We now ship internationally via USPS First Class Mail for a flat rate. We are not responsible for any customs fees, etc..., that may occur. Delivery times vary and tracking is not available. If international tracking is requested, the order must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us for more information.
Orders will be processed and ready to ship within 2 weeks unless stated otherwise in the item's description. Because our jewelry is made by hand and to order, there may occasionally be delays in fabrication. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once your order ships.
SLANTT is based in Austin, TX and charges 8.25% sales tax for any orders shipped within Texas.
Your item will arrive ready to gift in a branded gift box. If directly sending a gift to someone, you may leave a personal message/instruction in the "Notes/Special Instructions" section at checkout. We will be happy to enclose a small card with your personalized message.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on www.slanttstudio.com may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt for an item of equal or lesser value or for a credit towards a future purchase. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, the item, and invoice number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Gift Cards are non-refundable but never expire.
Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer.
For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured & trackable courier, and keep your receipt. SLANTT is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number, and once we receive your return, your account will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. We are unable to accept returns of damaged items.
REPAIRS / REPLACEMENT
We are happy to clean or repair your SLANTT piece at no charge to you except shipping charges. If your piece has substantial repair or replacement parts, we will notify you of this, and there will be a charge under these circumstances.
If you lose a single earring, please contact us to replace that single for an appropriate charge.
