Domestic orders are shipped free via USPS First Class Mail. USPS Priority Mail is available (1-3 business days) at a flat rate of $7.15. Order processing times can be up to 3 weeks, and shipping only occurs after this processing time. For expedited shipping, please message your request on the CONTACT page. 

We now ship to Canada. All other international shipping is not available at this time.

Orders will be processed and ready to ship within 14-21 business days unless stated otherwise in the item's description. Because our jewelry is handmade, there may occasionally be delays in production. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once your order ships. SLANTT is based in Austin, TX and charges 8.25% sales tax for any orders shipped within Texas. 


Your item will arrive ready to gift in a branded gift box. If directly sending a gift to someone, you may leave a personal message/instructions in the "Notes/Special Instructions" section at checkout. We will be happy to enclose a small card with your personalized message.


If you are not satisfied with your order, items purchased on may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receipt for an item of equal or lesser value or for a credit towards a future purchase. Before returning your item, please first send a brief e-mail to and include your name, the item, and invoice number. Any unauthorized return will not be accepted. 

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer.

For your protection, please pack your return item securely and return your order with an insured track-able courier and retain your receipt. SLANTT is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and invoice number, and once we receive your return, your account will be credited for the merchandise amount. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. We are unable to accept returns of worn or damaged items.


We are happy to clean or repair your SLANTT piece at no charge to you except shipping charges. If your piece has substantial repair or replacement parts, we will notify you of this, and there will be a charge under these circumstances.  Please note that SLANTT is not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
